Fluffy Waffles

   1 1/4 C. milk
1/3 C. oil
3 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Combine egg yolks, milk, oil, sugar and salt. Mix well. Add flour and baking powder; mix well. Carefully fold in egg whites. Cook in waffle iron until light brown.
