Dorothy Miller's Whole Wheat Bread

5 1/2 C. water (preferably mashed potato water)
2 C. mashed potatoes
1 rounded T. salt
2 T. instant yeast
1/4 C. oil
2 T. molasses
2/3 cup vital wheat gluten
9.5 to 10.5 C. whole wheat flour
sunflower seeds, if desired

mix 7 minutes in power mixer.
divide into 4 loaves.
raise once in pans.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
