Light Wheat Bread
1 1/2 C. water
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. molasses
2 C. bread flour
2 C. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 rounded tsp. dough enhancer
1 rounded tsp. vital wheat gluten
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
